It has snowed all night, it's still pitch black outside so no photos until later. Until after school, because we're open as usual!
There are national exams on which is I suppose why we're fully open but I imagine plenty will vote with their feet, especially those from out of town and those not sitting an exam.
So it's wellies on and walking in for us. The dog will have to cross her legs for the day as I won't be able to make it home at lunch time.
Last night I made a special trip to buy bulk bird food. Feeding my feathered neighbours is one of my daily jobs whatever the weather, but is especially important at this time of the year.
I have a lot of blackbirds at the moment. Seven males were at the pond the other day, drinking and bathing. It'll make for an interesting Spring.
