...that's how I feel about the blog and, quite possibly, life at the moment! But a Happy New Year to you all to start.
It was all a bit of a wash-out here, with most of the family having the lurgy (and still having it) of all available types. I won't elaborate. Only No1 and I ate Christmas dinner, and we remain the only ones not to have fallen foul of the various illnesses that have felled the rest of the extended family. A better class of immune system.
I had to make do with cracking a tooth and, to cut a horrible dentist-related story short, am now the proud owner of a bite guard. So I can do less damage to my teeth when I'm apparently clenching them in my sleep. So hard that I'm breaking them one by one. A crown at the end of the month is my present to myself.
I have thought about blogging quite a bit during the holiday. Wondering whether to keep on with it, give it up or change it. Maybe even a complete new start somewhere in brand spanking fresh anonymity. I have different stuff I want to share and blog about, but then I'm used to this space so maybe just expect odd posts of a quite different nature occasionally.
I'm off on a trip today to pick up a recent on-line purchase, quite a long journey for a daft thing. Do you want to see it?
Apologies for all the blogs reading and commenting I haven't done over the Festive Season. I will be catching up. But I hope everyone fared better than us and that 2013 is not all the doom and gloom that seems to be in the news every time it comes on.
