An FO. I had to look up what the abbreviation meant when I first saw it. I'm not that up to date with all the acronyms flying around the ether, and generally send texts fully written. Anyway, on finding it stood for Finished Object, it made sense of a lot of posts on other people's blogs.
Here's the link to the pattern I followed which I first saw on Alicia Paulson's blog last year, then she made another and I really wanted a go, At the time I wasn't that confident crocheting, but found out that following patterns is really very easy.
This one is easy to memorise and even though it took 200g of 4ply I found it worked up quickly. I did a fair amount in the car as MrH drove us up to Bowness on Solway to start the Hadrian's Wall walk, but as I had to drive the car back here it was strictly a one-way job. I have to drive all the way back (to Newcastle this time-opposite end) to pick him up later today. Lucky me.
